This is a private and confidential space for you to talk things through calmly and without pressure or judgement.
The goal is not to push you towards separation or tell you what you “should” do.
It is to help you feel more knowledgeable, clearer, steadier, and more supported whilst you work out what is right for you and your family.
About Kate
Kate Boyden is a Separation Strategist™ and Divorce Coach for Women who has personally guided and supported more than 700 women navigating all aspects of separation and divorce since 2015.
Before this work, Kate spent more than a decade working as a lawyer and finance specialist in both Sydney and London. She completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2002 and in England and Wales in 2004.
Whilst Kate no longer practises law in either jurisdiction by choice, her legal and financial background continues to provide valuable insight into many of the practical and strategic challenges women often face throughout the separation process.
Kate is also trained in a variety of holistic modalities including integrative nutrition health coaching, movement, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and sound therapy.
Kate’s approach is warm, non-judgemental, and deeply practical.
As a mother of three, and having also walked this path herself, Kate understands firsthand the emotional, financial, and practical challenges and realities many women quietly carry whilst contemplating or navigating separation and divorce.
Kate believes women deserve calm, compassionate, and well-informed support during one of the most emotionally and financially overwhelming and vulnerable seasons of their lives.
Her work is centred around helping women create greater clarity, perspective, preparation, and emotional steadiness so they can approach the separation process in a more informed, grounded, low-cost, and low-conflict way, wherever possible.
