These Terms apply to your use of this website and any related pages, forms, resources, downloads, purchases, and content we make available (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

This Site is operated by MDL Coaching Group Pty Ltd (Australia).

The Site provides information and education only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Please refer to the Disclaimer.

4. Your use of the Site

You agree you will not:

  • misuse the Site or attempt to interfere with its operation or security

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercialise Site content without permission

  • upload content that is harmful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes another person’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this Site (including text, materials, templates, videos, design, branding and downloads) is owned by or licensed to MDL Coaching Group Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Purchases and digital products

If you purchase a digital product or service through the Site, additional terms may apply (including the Coaching Terms for 1:1 services). Any pricing is shown in AUD unless stated otherwise.

7. Refunds and consumer guarantees (Australia)

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees and remedies where applicable. 

Where we offer a refund policy for a particular product/service, it operates in addition to (not instead of) your ACL rights.

8. Links to third parties

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Site availability and security

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Site. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Site will be free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted by law)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, including reliance on information on the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the remedies required by law.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
