PRIVATE SUPPORT FOR WOMEN
Separation Sanity™
12-weeks of calm, strategic support for women quietly preparing for separation - emotionally, practically, legally, and financially - without unnecessary stress, fear, panic, or overwhelm.
Sound familiar?
You may have been thinking about ending your relationship for a long time. Or perhaps your partner has just abruptly made that decision for you, and now you’re feeling completely blindsided and discombobulated.
And regardless of how you’ve arrived at this point, you've probably experienced numerous sleepless nights, lying awake trying to work out what separation would actually mean for you and your family.
The children.
The family home.
Money.
Parenting arrangements.
Legal fees.
Where everyone will live.
What other people will think.
Whether you'll cope financially.
Whether things could turn ugly.
Whether this could negatively affect your children.
Whether staying or leaving is the best decision for you and your family.
So instead, you keep carrying all of this quietly in your own head, whilst still trying to hold life together for everyone else. Meanwhile, you feel like you are privately breaking a little more on the inside with each day that passes.
Underneath all of the fear, exhaustion, resentment, pressure, confusion, and overthinking you know that something has to change.
Right now, you just really need a calmer, clearer place to begin.

A calmer, more strategic place to start
You are not interested in launching straight into expensive legal battles, fear-driven decisions, or unnecessary conflict.
But you also know you cannot keep carrying this level of mental, emotional, financial, and practical pressure on your own either.
Because trying to navigate something this significant whilst feeling so mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally depleted can feel almost impossible at times.
You are constantly thinking about how you can:
protect your children emotionally
protect yourself financially
avoid unnecessary conflict
keep legal costs from spiralling
get yourself organised so that you can prepare wisely before any major decisions are made
make sure fear, exhaustion, guilt, resentment, or panic are not driving your decisions right now.
This is exactly what Separation Sanity™ is designed to help you with.

Separation Sanity™
may be the right fit for you if…
Separation Sanity™ may not be the right fit for you if:
You are looking specifically for legal representation or formal legal advice.
You are looking for someone to tell you whether you should stay or leave.
You are looking for aggressive, revenge-driven, or high-conflict approaches to separation.
You are quietly contemplating separation or the decision has already been made by your partner for you, and you’re feeling overwhelmed by the emotional, financial, legal, and practical implications of what comes next.
You are trying to think clearly whilst navigating children, work, finances, home life, and major decisions.
You are frightened of making reactive decisions too quickly or staying stuck in limbo for too long.
You want to approach separation more calmly, thoughtfully, and strategically instead of reacting from panic, fear, exhaustion, or overwhelm.
You are worried about unnecessary conflict, spiralling legal costs, or things becoming far more damaging than they need to be.
You want calm, intelligent support from someone who understands both the emotional and the practical realities of separation - particularly when children, finances, and long-term consequences are involved.
You want support that feels emotionally safe, grounded, strategic, and non-judgmental. Not dramatic, aggressive or overwhelming.
About Kate
I have been supporting women navigating all aspects of separation and divorce since 2015.
Before this work, I worked as a lawyer and finance specialist.
My approach is calm, grounded, strategic, and deeply supportive.
I believe women deserve support that helps them feel calmer, clearer, more knowledgeable, less overwhelmed, and more prepared for what lies ahead.
And I’m passionate about helping women keep their separation and divorce process as low-stress, low-conflict, and low-cost as possible so that they can better spend their precious time, energy, and resources creating a happier and healthier future for themselves and their children.

You do not need to have already decided to separate in order to join Separation Sanity™
You may still be trying to work out what your options realistically are.
You may still be questioning whether the relationship can improve, what separation would mean financially, or how this would affect your children.
There is absolutely no pressure placed on you to leave your relationship at any time before, during, or after the program.
This work is about helping you think clearly, prepare wisely, better protect yourself and your children, and avoid emotionally or financially costly decisions during an already stressful and overwhelming period.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No.
Many women join whilst still trying to work out whether separation is truly the right path, whether things can realistically improve, or how separation may affect their children, finances, future, and family life. -
Absolutely not.
Separation Sanity™ is not about pushing you toward separation or telling you what decisions you should make.
This work is designed to help you think more clearly, prepare more wisely, better understand your options, and approach this period more calmly and strategically - particularly when children, finances, housing, legal concerns, and major life decisions are involved.
You are the one who decides what feels right for your life, relationship, family, and future.
My role is to support you in thinking clearly, reducing overwhelm, avoiding fear-driven decisions, and navigating this period with greater clarity, steadiness, and support.
-
Yes.
Many women join Separation Sanity™ after separation has already occurred - particularly during the early stages where emotions, communication, parenting arrangements, finances, legal processes, housing concerns, and practical next steps can suddenly feel extremely overwhelming.
This support is designed not only for women quietly contemplating or preparing for separation, but also for women already navigating the emotional, practical, financial, and strategic realities that often follow afterwards.
The focus is on helping you move through this period more calmly, clearly, thoughtfully, and with stronger support in place.
-
You are absolutely welcome here.
Many of the women I work with did not choose separation. In fact, some were completely blindsided by it.
Perhaps your partner told you they were unhappy. Perhaps they moved from uncertainty to separation very quickly. Perhaps you are still hoping the relationship can be repaired. Or perhaps you are simply trying to make sense of what has happened and figure out how to get through each day.
Separation Sanity™ is not just for women who have decided to leave a relationship. It is also for women who are navigating a separation they never wanted, never expected, or never felt ready for.
You do not need to be certain about the future to receive support.
Whether you are feeling shocked, heartbroken, overwhelmed, confused, angry, scared, or completely lost, this is a space where you can slow things down, process what is happening, and begin moving forward one step at a time.
The goal is not to rush you into decisions.
The goal is to help you feel calmer, clearer, more informed, and better supported as you navigate one of the most difficult periods of your life.
You do not have to carry this alone.
-
That is extremely common.
Many women seek support whilst still sharing a home, parenting together, or privately trying to work through their options before making any major decisions.
Support is designed to feel discreet, calm, practical, and emotionally safe during this period.
-
Your privacy and confidentiality are taken very seriously.
Many women join Separation Sanity™ privately whilst trying to work through their situation carefully and thoughtfully before making any major decisions.
-
You are not expected to arrive perfectly composed or with everything figured out.
Many women seeking support during this period feel emotionally exhausted, ashamed, confused, frightened, conflicted, or deeply overwhelmed.
This is designed to be a calm, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and honestly without pressure, criticism, or shame.
-
If you are in immediate danger or concerned for your or your children’s safety, please contact emergency services or an appropriate domestic violence or mental health crisis support service immediately.
Separation Sanity™ is not a crisis service and does not replace emergency, legal, medical, psychological, or domestic violence support services.
However, many women navigating controlling, emotionally abusive, coercive, or high-conflict relationships seek support via Separation Sanity™ whilst quietly preparing for possible separation and trying to think clearly, strategically, and safely about their next steps.
Where appropriate, this work may help you feel calmer, more emotionally supported, more strategically prepared, and better organised whilst accessing the appropriate professional and emergency supports around you, if required.
Your safety and the safety of your children must always come first.
-
No.
Separation Sanity™ is not therapy or counselling.
It is calm, strategic private support designed to help you think more clearly, prepare more wisely, navigate this period more calmly, and avoid fear-driven decisions wherever possible.
-
No.
I do not provide formal legal advice or legal representation through this program.
However, my former legal background, together with having walked this path myself, gives me strong insight into many of the emotional, financial, practical, and strategic realities women often face during separation and divorce.
-
That is absolutely fine.
Many women work with me alongside their lawyer.
Separation Sanity™ is not a replacement for legal advice or legal representation. Instead, it provides calm, strategic, emotionally grounded support around the many decisions, conversations, pressures, and practical realities that often sit outside the scope of legal work.
This can include support around communication, emotional overwhelm, preparation, parenting concerns, decision-making, boundaries, organisation, conflict reduction, and navigating the overall process more thoughtfully and strategically.
Many women find this additional layer of support helps them feel calmer, clearer, more organised, and better prepared throughout the separation process.
-
All sessions are offered privately via phone call rather than Zoom.
This approach is intentional.
Many women navigating separation are already emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, highly anxious, or trying to quietly manage deeply personal situations whilst still functioning normally for children, work, family, and everyday responsibilities.
Camera-free phone sessions often feel calmer, more private, less confronting, and emotionally easier during periods of high stress and overwhelm.
They also allow you to access support more discreetly and comfortably - whether you are sitting in your car, going for a walk, in a meeting room at work, or needing additional privacy at home.
There is no need to dress up for our sessions, clean your home, or worry about appearing on camera whilst navigating an already overwhelming period of life.
Phone sessions allow you to access support privately, comfortably, and discreetly, exactly as you are.
-
Yes.
Your privacy and confidentiality are taken very seriously.
I understand that many women seek support during this period whilst still trying to quietly work through deeply personal, emotional, financial, family, and relationship concerns.
All coaching sessions and personal information shared within our work together are treated confidentially and respectfully.
This is designed to be a calm, private, judgment-free space where you can speak openly, ask questions, process concerns, and receive support without fear of criticism, shame, or pressure.
-
Separation Sanity™ includes limited between-session support as required because I understand that difficult conversations, emotionally overwhelming situations, or unexpected concerns do not always happen neatly during scheduled sessions.
Where genuinely needed, brief additional support may be available between calls via phone, text message, voice note, or email.
This is designed to provide additional reassurance, guidance, or support during particularly important moments throughout the program, whilst still allowing our scheduled sessions to remain the primary space for deeper coaching, planning, and support together.
-
The Separation Sanity™ resource library includes a growing collection of practical tools, checklists, worksheets, templates, guides, recordings, and support resources designed to help you feel calmer, more organised, and better prepared throughout the separation process.
Resources include support around:
important preparation before separation
children, parenting, and co-parenting concerns
communication and emotionally difficult conversations
finances, organisation, and practical next steps
reducing unnecessary conflict and legal costs wherever possible
emotional overwhelm, panic, fear, and overthinking
boundaries, decision-making, and emotionally complex situations
nervous system regulation, emotional steadiness, and mental clarity during periods of high stress
preparing for legal, financial, and life changes more thoughtfully and strategically
The library is designed to complement our private sessions together by providing additional practical support, guidance, structure, and reassurance between calls -particularly during periods where you may feel overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, frightened, emotionally flooded, or unsure what to do next.
-
Yes.
All of our sessions are held privately by phone and I have supported many women living in Australia and internationally. -
Subject to calendar availability, support can usually begin quite quickly once you have secured your place in the program.
If you are currently feeling overwhelmed, emotionally flooded, frightened, or under significant pressure, we can discuss the soonest available starting options with you. -
Yes, payment plan options are available.
Kate - I already know that this is exactly the kind of support I need right now. Please send me straight to the Separation Sanity™ enrolment page so that we can get started ASAP! →
